EMAIL MARKETING – £500 per month: Add 4 written emails per month, perfectly aligned with your Instagram content, to nurture your audience and drive conversions. This add-on also includes scheduling the emails in your preferred email marketing platform.

REELS CREATION – £300 per month: Boost your reach with engaging Instagram Reels. This add-on includes 2 custom Reels per week (8 per month), tailored to resonate with your audience and amplify your brand’s visibility.

PAID ADS MANAGEMENT – £850 per campaign: Take your content strategy to the next level with targeted paid ads. This add-on includes…

  • A 30-minute strategy call to align on goals, audience targeting, and messaging.

  • Creation of up to 3 ad creatives per campaign (static, carousel, or video) with conversion-focused copy.

  • Custom audience research and setup, including lookalike and retargeting audiences.

  • Full campaign setup, launch, and monitoring for 2 weeks, with optimisations to improve performance.

  • A summary report with key results and recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Pre-Onboarding Homework 

    To hit the ground running, you’ll need to complete your onboarding questionnaire before our first official week together. This will help us understand your content goals, audience insights, and tone of voice so we’re ready to dive straight into strategy!

  • Kick-Off Call & Monthly Questions

    This week is all about setting the foundation for success.

    • We’ll have a 60-minute Kick-Off Call to dive into your brand strategy, content vision, and ensure your vision and our strategy are fully aligned.

    • You’ll provide access to your branding assets (logos, fonts, colours) and social accounts.

    • You’ll be sent a monthly content questionnaire to tell us about what you’re currently selling and your content goals for the month, which you’ll have 1 week to complete.

    • While you’re completing the monthly questions, we’ll audit your profile and do a deep-dive into your content and audience to inform your strategy.

  • Content Strategy & Planning

    Let’s map out the month ahead…

    • Using the insights from our audit, your onboarding and monthly content questions, we’ll create a detailed content strategy and plan for the month.

    • The plan will include content themes, post ideas, and a strategy to align your content with your business objectives.

    • The content plan will be sent to you for review and feedback.

  • Content Creation & Approval

    Time to get creative!

    • Once the content plan is approved, we’ll start creating branded Canva graphics for the first two weeks of posts, aligned with the strategy and your brand identity.

    • We’ll write captions for the first two weeks of content, aligned with your brand voice and goals.

    • We’ll drop the first two weeks of graphics and captions into our shared Notion workspace, where you can approve if or let us know if you would like any edits.

  • Final Review & Scheduling

    Let’s get everything ready to go live!

    • We’ll make any requested edits and send everything back for final approval within 72 hours.

    • Once approved, we’ll schedule all your content for the first two weeks of Month 2, so you’re all set to make an impact!

  • By the end of Week 4, all your content will be live and ready to roll.

    From here, we’ll move into a smooth monthly content creation cycle!

  • Each package is designed to meet different needs and goals. If you're unsure which one fits, we can hop on a quick call to chat about your business and find the perfect fit for you.

  • The minimum commitment is 4 months. This includes 1 month for onboarding and 3 months for content creation, giving us the time to create and implement a strategy that truly works for your business.

  • After you book, we’ll kick things off with an onboarding process to get to know your business, goals, and branding (take a look above to see a full breakdown).

    Each month, you’ll fill out a simple content questionnaire to share updates, launches, or ideas you’d like included. We’ll handle the rest – from ideation and creation to scheduling.

    Once content is ready, we’ll send it to you for your review and approval before anything is scheduled or posted – your input is essential to ensure everything aligns with your vision!

  • If you have existing branding (colours, fonts, etc.) then that’s great! But no worries if you don’t – you can add a full branding refresh onto your package before we start.
